Well volunteered!

But, personally, running a server for bugzilla seems like a hassle.
Let's assume we figure out a long term plan to pay for it. We still
have to handle all the admin issues of backing it up, dealing with
crashes, dealing with people trying to crack or crash the server,
etc...

Heh, to me it's just another service to run. I already deal with running a mail server (with all the stuff like greylisting, DKIM, SPF, spam filtering etc.) with secure submission, IMAP server, Jenkins and a standard web server. So, in comparison Phabricator/Bugzilla etc. seems fairly simple!
