If I remember correctly, it has been a long time, I think these are the 
sticking points merging in the NT32Pkg:
1) X11 vs. Windows API (It may also be possible to support X11 on Windows but 
that is extra stuff to install. 
2) Pthreads is not directly supported in Windows. This could also be worked 
around with 3rd party software. 
3) Getting it to compile :).

The Omap35xx line is TI, Texas Instruments,  SoC.
BeagalBoard is an open source platform: http://beagleboard.org, and at this 
point they have a range of board supported.
