Hi Nate, Ben, After changing Windows -> Translation = CP437 in Putty, I can able to see proper Shell and BIOS setup. After Grub, I am not seeing OS installation Process. I have changed Kernal Parameters too.
May Linux Server Installation(via serial) use different character setting or baud rate?.
