I'd sure like to know why it works out of the box for you and Gerd but not
for me...

I'm building Shell2 (with debug) - abandoned shell1 long ago.  Is there a
specific shell2 -D option?  The only ones I see are NO_SHELL_PROFILES
and INCLUDE_DP, neither of which seem useful.

I looked at
http://wiki.phoenix.com/wiki/index.php/EFI_HII_CONFIG_ACCESS_PROTOCOL but
this doesn't seem to be network packet routing, but rather a way to
generically handle uEFI device configuration.

Ya, I think we need some escalation to the networking folks.
