For example, in "OvmfPkg/AcpiTables/Dsdt.asl", we have
IO (Decode16, 0x402, 0x402, 0x00, 0x01) // QEMU debug
console, should use FixedPcdGet16 (PcdDebugIoPort)
Does the change mean that we can replace 0x402 with FixedPcdGet16
(PcdDebugIoPort)?
