Thanks Vladimir, we had put debug prints in our UEFI driver, we had made
sure that start() is properly loaded.
We will try the option suggested by you: "Try to place only UEFI driver ROM
image on the PCIe card". We had one question here, how would the UEFI BIOS
know about my UEFI driver ROM image present on my PCIe card, do i need to
do any changes?
