Absolutely. It should not be VenHw(), but VenMsg() -- grep the MdePkg/Library/UefiDevicePathLib/ directory for "VenVt100", and check the contexts of the hits --, but that's it. Therefore, simply don't touch MdePkg/Library/UefiDevicePathLib/.
