I am not an organizational or even a testing person, so would
have difficulty answering this question. I suspect that the
battery of tests would depend on the job ... intellectual,
interests, personality, ...

The literature I mentioned is critical of the fact that
psychologists themselves do not follow practices suggested by the
empirical literature. I did not mean to suggest that psychology
was any better than statistics in this respect. Nor are tests
used to the exclusion of other types of valid information that
might be available.
What about the drawing tests or

Depends what you mean by drawing tests? There are some such
tests used in personality and neuropsychology, and there would be
a literature on their validity. As to graphology, I know of no
self-respecting psychologist who would advocate its use ... that
does not preclude many other individuals from lauding its use,
unwarranted though that might be. To me, that is just another
example of ignoring the basic scientific/statistical requirements
for sound selection measures.
Best wishes
Jim
