how do we really know this? this assumes that all or most go to movies at 
night ...
maybe if you did your house to house during the week ... and not the 
weekend ... there would be no particular bias

but then again, even on the weekends, given the prices of movies and the 
reductions for matinees ... there might be a much greater number going 
during the day on the weekend ... and, if you don't catch them home on a 
weekend night, it may have nothing to do with them being at the movies

of course there is nothing stated in the question that tells you WHAT 
evenings are used

there are just too many unknown factors potentially at play with this item 
... to know with any certainty ... which choice would be best
