perfect classroom managment and student self motivation would make these
features unnecessary.  I, and I suspect many others, are far from
perfect in monitoring every student.  Being able to block access to

time, would be awesome.  I might go so far as a "totally awesome."

If it would be helpful I would be happy to explain in better depth what
an ideal system would look like.

Hm,
maybe we could look at this app feature list altought it's for Windows
it's intended use is the same that you say you need so maybe we
could make something like that if it isn't already in development.
