Hi All,
I've got 1 week before I go back to school, --not sure when other parts of
the world start their regular school year (well, actually I know that
Guatemala starts in January). And then, a week after that students arrive!
So time's getting short to have everything ready upon student arrival and
I'll have very limited time after that to try to get things working... My
focus is on Sabayon profile manager and iTALC. I've sent a message about
the latter--this message is about Sabayon.
I un-installed (with synaptic) and reinstalled Sabayon, once again using
sbalneav ppa, I did this using sudo apt-get install sabayon. To test out I
launched sabayon (tried both from CLI and menu) and created a profile named,
system-admin, then clicked on the 'edit' button and...
--When I did this first from a thin client, it quickly crashed--please
see the error log ending in 39-53.txt.
--When I did it a few minutes later from the server it started to open
the window, then crashed also--please see the error log ending in 57-14.txt.
It seems that work is going on elsewhere (something about a new version
uploaded in experimental?
