Hi all,

It gives me the feeling that it would be good to document the publication
process of the newsletter. We have one for *This Month in GLAM* and makes
sure we do not forget anything, etc. I must say I was wondering when the
invitation to write was sent, I have not seen it, but I was a bit ill so
could have missed it.

But a step-by-step procedure would solve multiple issues I think.

Greetings,
Romaine
