If you had the Trix on a public IP and moved it to a private IP, then you'll probably have to set up an internal DNS server. You'll need to program the phones for the Trix's real IP, not the domain name. Otherwise it's trying to go out, then back in. And you must have some ports set wrong. Do you have NAT turned on in your SIP box?
