It looks like there could be a short list of orphans also from doing this. I'm 
working my way through the ISO RPMS + the DEVEL-RPMS tarball compared to what 
exists on my dev box. First thing I notice is the developers RPM tarball is 
mostly the packages you'd need to set up a development box. In 2.0 is was 
basically all the packages in 2.1 it is not. The biggest 2 that jump out are 
bash and rpm, both are in the devel tarball but are not on the ISO.

Here is the list of things that are on my development back but do not exist on 
either the 2.1 ISO or 2.1 RPM.tar.gz

It could mean that these are no longer required or that they are missing ;)... 
[I suspect that zlib-devel, openssl-devel, curl-devel and some of the others 
are requirements to rebuild certain packages like ClamAV.]
