well.. we reorganized our buildsystem a little bit in order to keep it
smaller. the binary RPMS package contains only the packages needed by
the build-essentials package, which requires any package needed for a
working buildsystem base.
with that you can create a working buildsystem sandbox.

if you need further binary rpms you can easily build them from the
source rpms.
we are working on a easier way to provide rpms/srpms. as long as we have
to release it as big huge tar.gz package we will handle it this way.
that's currently way easier.
