Thanks for your reply, CC. However if Setup does not run (as is the case here), it makes it impossible to dhcp into the Endian firewall [so we can not http (or https) to the web app].
Furthermore, since the Setup is responsible for setting passwords (and does not run), one can not ssh to the firewall, nor connect via null modem, nor login at the console. -Robert Ancillary additional note I forgot to include in the original problem description: -MD5SUM was correctly matched to the downloaded ISO's [problem can not be an error in download/burning of the installation cd] ---------------------------- Cristian-13 wrote: > > Hi Robert. > > After reboot, you have to access de setup via http. > You can achieve this using > http://<lan_ip_configured_in_the_installationProces> > > For example, If you configured the local ip address with 192.168.0.1 you > have to use http://192.168.0.1 to access the setup page. > > > regards > > CC > ------------------ > Robert Kaye wrote: >> Brief Problem Description: >> Community Edition 2.1.2 installation successful to the "setup - >> configuration" point, then reboots to the console without running the >> setup (not sure if it is supposed to run before or after the reboot, >> but it never runs).
