Yes you are right, the HAVP-0.86 package is removed. The last time I 
updated my 2.1.2 was back in Jan 08. Maybe the author think it's too 
outdated.

I think you can try updating using the latest packages first.
Luckily I haven't deleted the files yet. You can download it here:

I updated my 2.1.2 by:
rpm -Uvh <all packages separated by space>

Please tell us if you can update using the most updated packages. Thanks
