The perl-Mail-Clamav is out of date and I have not posted an updated  
one. [It is not actually used by the system]

So two solution.

1) Add --nodeps to the rpm line

"rpm -Uvh --nodeps"

2) Remove perl-Mail-Clamav via

"rpm -e perl-Mail-Clamav perl-Mail-Clamav-extras"

Either way should get the other packages to install... However you  
should search the archives of this list to get some more hints about  
possible problems using these under 2.1.x
