If you need the domain security policies extending to the new site, I would
recommend setting up a domain controller over at the new site, with it's own
DNS server / DHCP Server as the traffic over ADSL will be so slow, you will
have problems with timeouts etc.

You could point the roaming profiles at the 2nd site to a server over there
and use RSync to send it over to your main site?

This way if the broadband is down at your main site, your new site will not
suffer.
