By default outbound port 465 is not enabled look at

"Firewall" -> "Outgoing Traffic"

Add a rule for port 465 [copy the port 25 rule]

You probably do not want to use the Proxy SMTP [which is off by 
default], you might test out the POP Proxy to see if can do what you 
need [it will handle virus/spam filtering inline which is cool]
