Thanks for the tip : adding the rule works now
the smtp proxy was turned on, I tried with it turned on and turned off ....
at first sight, didn't make much difference
(but I haven't done a mailblast to my adresses yet to stresstest

What would be pro & con on using the SMTP proxy?

|You probably do not want to use the Proxy SMTP [which is off by
|default], you might test out the POP Proxy to see if can do what you
