Hallo together, i am experiencing a strange problem with endian 2.1.2.
The firewall is connected with the internet over a dedicated line. On red interface there have been assigned some ips from a subnet with netmask 255.255.255.240. Everything works fine, with one exception. DNS on the firewall is not working properly. All clients in green or orange network can reach and use the DNS i assigned to them. But the firewall itself cannot use this DNS. When i configure it over webfrontend or directly in /etc/resolv.conf, i do not receive name resolving. When i use the DNS from the provider, everything works fine. But i would prefer to use my own. The problem can not be the DNS itself, because it works fine from red and orange network. Has anybody an idea what might be the problem or a solution?
