I did the below and transparent still just blocks every thing when I browse, no matter what I put on the whitelist. Either Endian sucks or I have a bad install and need to reinstall as this doesn't make sense. A green colored box should appear near the top of the page with the Apply button. Click that, and it should apply your settings. At least that's what I have to do to get it working.
