The best tool that I know of is the one that is produced by BEA eCommerce
Appplication Components group (formerly Theory Center). You can download an
evaluation copy at:
http://www.theorycenter.com/theory/download.htm
We take a different approach go modeling EJBs and code generation than any
of the other vendors.
