Hai
I had spend pretty much time with Inprise AppServer 4.0 I am using it for my thesis.
So far it was great ..and the support from the news group is wonderful. I tried all
the possible design patterns in EJB and CORBA. they are working great. The best part
of it is I can even talk back with CORBA clients from EJB Servers. I dont know if
others are offering that. I am using JdataStore that comes with InpriseAppserver. I
also worked with JSP and its integration with EJB.(there is an internal JSP server) In
one word I can say that there is all you need for a Distributed Systems to be
developed in AppServer4.0
DesignPatterns i tried with AppServer4.0
--SessionBeanWrapingEntityBeans
--StateFullSessionBeanWrapingSessionFacades
--Business Interface
--Distributed Callbacks
-Replicated Objects
cheers
Sesh
