IAS4 stacks up pretty well against your feature requirements: the
only piece that IAS4 does not provide is SNMP support.  However,
we have an integrated management tool: AppCenter, so this may be
less of an issue than otherwise.

Plus, IAS4 is strong in "corba <--> EJB interoperability, corba services
HA and common management view of a group of clusters".
