1, you can start multiple weblogic servers individually using same IP
address but different port numbers, each server has their own weblogic_home
directory and properties files under the weblogic_home directory.

2, or you can start multiple weblogic server as a cluster, please refer to
the corresponding docs (weblogic admin docs) on e-docs.bea.com.
