Hello ,
Sunil, we can have only one Listening Port in weblogic.properties, hence
only one server instance can be started on one machine with this approach.
Hence, we should have two different weblogic.properties with different
listening ports in different directories . And while running Weblogic server
instance using the StartWeblogic.bat , we have to mention different
directories for "weblogic.home" for each instance.
Its better if we dont discuss Vendor specific here !!

Multiple ejb servers can run on the same machine but on DIFFERENT PORT..
Change the ListenPort number in the weblogic.properties.
