Hi,
You should post this kind of query on WebLogic's newsgroup. But still I'm
answering it, but do consider this in future.

Yes you create multiple weblogic.properties file. Each properties file has a
different listen port mentioned in it.
Also create different script files for starting different instances of
WebLogic Server.
Now in the scripts that start WebLogic Server(i.e, the startWebLogic.cmd or
startWebLogic.sh, for win and Unix resp.) mention the property
weblogic.system.home, and set it to different folders.
Now each of this folder must contain a weblogic.properties file and also
must contain a subfolder named myserver(this is required).

I need the following clarification.
How to start multiple weblogic servers in a single
machine. If i start Multiple weblogic servers in a
Single Machine. How are individual weblogic servers
identified ??

1) Do each weblogic servers running in same machine
are identified by unique IP address.
If so where to make the setting. What are the setting
to be
made in Weblogic.properties
( OR )
2) Do all webloig server running in same machine are
identified by one single IP address but do all of them
(servers) listen to different Port numbers.what are
the
setting to be made in Weblogic.properties

Kindly clarify my doubts. Also give some examples
which explains how to access multiple servers running
in same machine.
