Hi Ricardo,

this was just one of many options to solve the problem (the fastest and
easiest)...
You can of course create a user and group "nobody" and give
him the access rights to write the logs... you can also use the
utility "iaschangeowner" instead of editing properties-files.

i agree it would be insane that only roots can run the server!
