No problems, just performance hits.  But, as Jim
correctly pointed out these hits can be kept to a
minimum if you cache reflection lookups.

My involvement w/ reflection was a long time ago and
it did not involve EJB at all.  Plus I may have been
influenced by an app I use to work with that used
reflection for a particular functionality and it was
extremely *slow*--reason being it used reflection
unnecessarily in various places.
