To all you Gurus out there

So many times we heard the benefits of Object Oriented paradigm and we all
love it and we just relish EJBs and the ease with which we can model
enterprise applications because its god damn close to the real world.

AND THEN WE BLOW it UP.... our DB remains a relational database.... and we
loose all that we gain from object orientation.. especially the damned
Object to Relational link...
Dont you believe that there should be deep thought given about usage of
ODBMSes as our DB so as to remove the redundancy we introduce with relation
dbs.

Also one question to you all is Sun promoting any ODBMS or assisting in its
development coz Sun, I believe, should realize that EJB can be a out -n- out
success only if this redundancy, this overhead of using relational DBs is
removed... I understand that ODBMS are still evolving but that's what I
believe Sun should push more.. so they earn more money and we too.... :)
