Also ask the operations staff what they'd rather be keeping up 24x7 and they
usually want an RDBMS. Note that while this is inertia, that is not always
bad. To date the OODBMS vendors have not been able to make a compelling
argument for moving the garden variety OLTP app from an RDBMS to an OODBMS.
