When you have tried out with joomla/mambo and became sure that it cann't produce bengali PDF, then why you have selected this CMS for our e-magazine. Better to find out another comprehensive new one which can produce on-the-fly PDF, because it is very much necessary for us.
Omi told that after one month, we can create a PDF in offline and put a link in the site to download it. But it will create at least 15-20MB PDF file, which is not fruitful for our site and overall, when anybody will see a particular topic/article and found very much attractive/useful for him, he will want to download that PDF at once, at that time, he will not want to wait till end of month, isn't it ?

But I have actually tried creating pdf out of Bangla articles (using Joomla/Mambo), it didn't work. I don't know, probably because the algorithm doesn't support unicode? You can try it out. Click on PDF icon in http://www.mukto.org/content/view/13/2/Imran
