@Sumit The support for Bangla (UTF-8) is more needed than that for pdf. No other CMS has better support for UTF-8. The lack of pdf can be and has been in many cases solved by some hacks.
I have seen few references of doing that in CJK and others in Joomla forum. Someone needs to spend a day or two. Alternatively, you can think of waiting a few weeks for Joomla 1.5 to be at least in Beta stage. Joomla 1.5 has solved that pdf problem. alamgir --- In [email protected], "Sumit Ranjan Das" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > When you have tried out with joomla/mambo and became sure that it cann't > produce bengali PDF, then why you have selected this CMS for our e-magazine. > Better to find out another comprehensive new one which can produce > on-the-fly PDF, because it is very much necessary for us. > > Omi told that after one month, we can create a PDF in offline and put a link > in the site to download it.
