Dear Orxan, I haven't tried installing SLURM on Debian since a while, so it's possible that the playbooks need some adjustment. I'm trying to make a cluster now, and see if it works for me.
In the meanwhile: if you can run your cluster on Ubuntu 16.04, that's more thoroughly tested and should work out of the box.
