I second that thaught.
The IC-746 I once in the time owned had that feature.
I would love this in the K2.
What about a menuoption "cont on/off" That completly switch memorykeyer to
contestmode and automatically switch to fastplay on any given numbers?
That would be nice.
After contest you go to secondary menu and choose cont off and the
memorykeyer is back to ragchewing.

While playing with the K2 during SS I took advantage of the Fast Play mode
and found it fantastic for repeats etc. I kept thinking...wow..if this
had
a button to press that would send a QSO # in CW and increment the number
for
the next keypress I could do a quick <hit but 1> <hit but 2> and have the
full SS exchange sent.
