As a follow up to Jim's post (and that of quite a few other guys on this list), I was wondering if the guys at Elecraft might someday take the hint and realize that they have a 'great' rig with what a lot of their customers consider to be an 'adequate' tuning knob and offer an upgrade option.
Elecraft has a justifiably great reputation for listening to its users and their customer service is top notch. So why the deaf ear here?
