As a follow up to Jim's post (and that of quite a few other guys on this list), 
I was wondering if the guys at Elecraft might someday take the hint and realize 
that they have a 'great' rig with what a lot of their customers consider to be 
an 'adequate' tuning knob and offer an upgrade option.  

Elecraft has a justifiably great reputation for listening to its users and 
their customer service is top notch.  So why the deaf ear here?
