I use 4800 baud in one of my PC programs (38400 is not an option).
Therefore, when the P3 is turned off, I have to go into the K3 CONFIG menu
and change the RS232 speed from 38400 (that the P3 automatically sets when
it boots up) back to 4800.  Yes, if you set 38400 in your PC program(s) then
there is no issue.  For people that use one of the other three alternative
PC speeds, however, it is an annoying inconvenience.
