It may well be a MFJ 452 /Super CW Keyboard/. I suggest you google /'Super CW Keyboard/' and examine the entries. I have an MFJ keyboard, which is basically an IBM-style (mini DB-6) keyboard, an outboard box that converts the keystrokes into relay closures, and a wallwart power supply. It is a nice thing to have in the shack if you are a fast touch typist, as it is buffered, so you can send well ahead of the TX stream, and with a little practice you can even send well ahead of your thoughts...
