Schematics and pinout information has been complied on many microphones by G4WPW and can be found at http://homepage.ntlworld.com/rg4wpw/date.html - this is a wonderful resource for anyone contemplating use of a microphone that is branded differently from their transceiver.
No sense in me reading the schematic and relating it to you when you can do it yourself.
