The URL itself gives him away as a spammer. ".ly" is the internet country code for Libya, and the other one he used, ".mp," is from the Northern Marianas Islands. Emails from unknown parties from such obscure entities are a huge warning flag. The Nigerian Scam doesn't live oonlly in Nigeria.
