YMMV. Because I worked in pro audio and sound reinforcemtn, I've long owned a set of David Clark ear protectors, but they are the last thing I would want to wear for more than a few hours, let along 24 hours of contesting on a weekend. Sennheiser makes good headphones. So does Sony, and I own two pairs. But for hamming, the best deal by far is the Yamaha CM500, which plugs straight into the rear panel of a K3, still feels very comfortable after 24 hours, and sounds great on the air. Cost about $45. 73, Jim K9YC ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
