Nice if you can get them for $45 or somewhere around that price. I have tried to place an order from a few sites in the US selling around this price but they will not ship to Australia. The US$ and AU$ is pretty much 1:1 at the moment.
The only place I have found that will ship to Australia is http://www.globalsound.com.au/yamaha-cm500-headset-with-builtin-microphone-p-9928.html which despite the .au address is physically in New Zealand and the price is AU$150 including delivery. This makes them about $90 more expensive delivered than in the US. I'm flat out funding my own retirement and have no intention of funding some one else's pension fund.
