I had the same symptoms with my Samsung XL2370 but my older 2333 with hardware buttons works fine with no problems. Another ham, a VK if I recall, had a soft-button Samsung and fixed the rf sensitivity with a clever trick: He stuck copper foil over the soft buttons and grounded it with a short strap.
