I suggest either your local sound contractor or a music store. What you're looking for is portable microphone cable. The good manufacturers of the raw cable are Belden and Gepco. The music store will sell you cable with connectors on it that you don't need, so it will be more expensive. A sound contractor can simply cut you a piece of cable off of one the reels in his shop. Make sure that he understands that you want PORTABLE mic cable, NOT rack wiring cable. Both kinds are a twisted pair inside a shield, but the portable cable will have a nice braid shield, while the rack cable will be foil with a drain wire.
