I was doing the VCO voltage readings. I got one voltage out of range and it won't tune down with L30. On 15 meters it reads 8.49 at 25000. It goes out of range at 22.159. I checked C71-C74 and D21-D26. Manual said to also check C70 through C74. Is there a C70? Thanks.
