I have been trying to make a contact in psk31 mode for two weeks. I have not had any luck. Settings are good on software. Signalink works had a CW contact with it. But call CQ and answer cq's and both luck on 20 , 30, or 40 meters. Is there anyone who experienced this and located a problem. I'm stumped.
