You might try the SKCC (Straight Key Century Club) scheduling page at:

Just show up, log yourself in (you don't have to be a member), and
announce that you'd like some code practice. Any SKCC member would be
delighted to help with on-the-air code practice.
Also, You might try sending out a slow CQ on 7122. Elmers who enjoy
helping people practice CW often hang out there.
