Don, Will do so. I did switch out two complete headsets including adapter and foot switch and had the same experience. I have done a RFI cleanup effort and so far things have not re-occurred.

When operating SSB, if there is no audio, there will be no RF output. So you can look at the PTT, the audio, the power supply, and just about every thing else in your station.
